Tracking Supervisee Progress

You can track your staff and supervisees’ progress by going to the individual’s Staff page. Here you will get a complete perspective of the individual’s:

• Assigned Roles and Skills
• Completed Supervisions
• Scores and progression of Skills

and be able to individualize their subsequent supervisions by:

• Prioritizing particular Skills
• Marking Skills as mastered based on data
• Adding notes and filling in custom fields

The goal is to ensure your staff and supervisees are progressing towards mastery for Skills required of their Roles, by having the required data to inform subsequent supervisions or changing of Skill assignments.
