Permission Management

In Behaview, permissions are managed by the Roles assigned to Staff members. Permissions themselves are defined as a series of permitied Actions that can be performed on a given Resource, under a set of Conditions.

This structure allows you to create as many Roles as you require for your organization, with varying permissions. You can even create Roles that are granted access to very particular resources in case of needing to grant access to parents, external auditors, or other stakeholders.
